Frequently Asked Questions
when will my order ship?
We try to get your order shipped out within 24-48 hours of it being placed. You will receive an email with a tracking number for your product once it has been shipped. Please contact us if you have any issues with shipping.
do you accept returns? If so, how do I do it?
Due to the nature of our consumable product, we do not accept returns. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us.
what is your warm-weather shipping policy?
The highly perishable nature of our products will require special packaging precautions during the warmer months. It is very likely you will need to upgrade your shipping method based on the temperature in the zip code your order is being delivered.
Cold Packs cost $7.00 and typically last up to 48 hours in temperatures of 70 degrees Fahrenheit
If you choose not to add the cold pack to your cart, Buckeye Chocolate is not responsible for melted product that is received
We strongly recommend someone is there to receive the package in order to avoid the chocolate sitting outside in warm temperatures.
When temperatures exceed 85 degrees Fahrenheit, cold pack shipping may not prevent heat damage. Customers should consider delaying their order to these areas until cooler temperatures prevail. Read more in our Terms & Conditions.
limitation of liability
The Buckeye Chocolate and Coffee Roasting LLC shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if The Buckeye Chocolate and Coffee Roasting LLC have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
